Primary Events for 2022
Friday 11th February - Annual General Meeting
Eventually, we have managed to hold our AGM. Normal business can be resumed. Our Secretary is writing the minutes, but the key motions are:-

Membership can resume thus Subs will be payable for 2022 and shall continue on the normal annual basis.
Rates are £20 for single membership, £30 for family membership (i.e. household at one address).
Payment will be taken by the Treasurer (Graeme McC) by cash, cheque or direct banking online. Contact Graeme if you desire to use the online method.

Monthly meetings (Committee & social) shall commence, meeting at Flixton Conservative Club. Next meeting Friday 25th March.
Saturday 26th March 2022 - open 10 mile Time Trial
Promoted by us, your chance to help your club: we will need marshals, sign-on checkers, comm's assistants, etc, etc...
Organiser is Graeme McCulloch, so please offer your services to him.
HQ is Allostock Village Hall, open from 12 noon.
Sunday 24th April 2022 - the Inter Club 10 mile Time Trial
We are defending champions (again!) in this event: the cummulative times of the fastest 3 riders of Stretford Wheelers, versus Withington Wheelers and The Dukinfield Cyclists Club.
However, the event is not just for our elite racers and all-comers within the club are encouraged to join in and have a go, or help with the marshalling, etc.

Sunday 18th September 2022 - the William Murphy Memorial 25 mile Time Trial
Early days, so details will follow, but please put this date in your diary. As with the 10, we will need marshals, catering, etc, so all assistance will be essential.
Organiser is Graeme McCulloch. The course is the King Street 25 circuit around Byley. Note: this year it is a Sunday event and we expect to run it during the morning.
